This podcast seems like a cross between the first two. It has the political moments of the first one, but also has elements of the second podcast's unabashed "weirdness." I liked it. I think the strongest parts are the return of the Charles Crumb character, with a new and violent Oedipal mission. I thought the "Sounds of the End of Mankind" was brilliant. And I loved the two end parts of the search for the Messiah and the strange Scotsman. Thanks for another entertaining broadcast. Great job.

The voices in my head told me to listen to this. They were right about that. They were mostly wrong about the killing and the mayhem. Keyword: "mostly".
